Started my New Car search and as Customer id reach out to several Mercedes Benz Dealer in the area to get pricing on GLE 350. Well the Manager ( Tim Hayes) I reach out to Pretty much told me to F*xx Off and that my email was disrespectful ( See attached Email). That not a way to treat a perspective Customer. I am 79 uyears old and have dealt with many auto dealers. My experience with Napleton Honda has been beyond 5 stars.
